How can I feed my face!?

My skins aways been pretty good; BUT HOW!?


 (^^ The answer: Not too much of this! ^^)

Skin will be generally maintained by consuming the essential Vitamins that contribute to healthy looking skin.
We all know that out skin can be a representation of overall inner health.
Here is a few Essential Vitamins and Minerals for great looking skin:

Zinc- Reduced the amount of oil in the skin pores, also its shown to help scarring. 
Omega-3-Fatty Acids-'Revitalizing benefits' Its linked to preventing the breakdown of collagen.
Selenium- Which has been said to 'prevent' ageing 
Vitamin C- Linked to collagen production
Vitamin E- Has been recognised to help maintain healthy skin.
Vitamin A-Essential for skin maintenance and repair.

There is tonnes of different Vitamins and minerals that individually promote healthy skin. But these listed are the biggies i wanted to talk about.


So where will you find these?

Zinc:

Beef, Beef liver!, Turkey, Ginger, Peas, Cashew nuts, Chick peas, Pecans, Almonds...........

Omega 3:





Tuna,oily fish, Tofu, pumpkin seeds, spinach, green beans, peppermint, Squash, cabbage, oysters, Linseed, walnuts! the list goes on....


Selenium:






Brazil Nuts, Tuna, Beef, Cottage cheese, Rice, walnuts, egg,
 Chicken breast...........


Vitamin C, E and A:





Vit C: Red Pepper, Lemon, Tomato, Cabbage...... 


Vit E: Sunflower seeds, Almonds, Pine nuts, Spinach..... 
Vit A: Liver, Carrots, Green Leafy Vegies, Dried apricots....




So generally, form the pictures you can see that a balanced healthy diet will in fact end up in you having skin that everyone envies. 
I think that the main point from this post; is that we don't need fancy supplements and topical treatments to get all of the features of being healthy. Just one simple thing: A healthy diet. And it really is simple.
