Do you remeber about 16 Million years ago?........No.........Not even a little bit?
They were the years of fit, healthy humans. We Hunted, fought for survival and ate lots of good stuff! Doesn't sound too familiar to us in the 21st century.
The Paleo diet is a new Healthy fad, very popular, and very effective.
It seems like everyone is talking about it!
It links nicely to my previous posts on processed foods that are so popular these days.
As were just not getting the good stuff anymore. The less our food is played with the better! Fresh stuff is good stuff. The problem we have nowdays is that all of the processed food is so cleverly played with; that it tastes so good.
A key thing to remember is that the taste isnt real, its artificial!
But hey! Everything in moderation, right....
The point this image is trying to get across is that; this is all natural.
No choccy, biscuits or cake; processed stuff...(sounds quite sad actually) but on a serious note; This diet is what we should all be ideally consuming. Heaps of fresh food, nuts, seeds. Things that just aren't as popular now.
As mentioned in Healthhabits ebook, just a short period on this diet shows lower Cholesterol, Lower Blood Pressure; you know! all the things we want to be low!
