So; I thought that I would discuss a few of the latest health Fads (which are actually pretty interesting!)
The first one I came across was from the Daily Mail, they say that there is a new popular cut of meat called bison. YUM!
"One hundred grams of bison meat contains just 143 calories
and 2.42 grams of fat compared to 211 calories and 9.28 grams of fat in the
same quantity of beef!!"
And it contains a heck of a lot more Iron that chicken and Leaner than beef!

Conclusion: Get me some BISON!
Which im thinking is pretty much only available online at the mo; as it is an American Buffalo after all! But if your anything like me, and prefer to sit on your bum while you shop. Then its pretty much ideal!
